Aeneas is a semi-god, a character created by Greek mythology 700 years B.C. and portrayed by Virgil as ancestor of Romulus and Remus and founder of what would become Ancient Rome. Aeneas represents a link between the dying, great Greek civilisation and the flourishing, new Roman empire. Aeneas is a symbol of change, legacy and hope. The hope of human resilience through the centuries, despite man’s self extinction desire and fate.
